The automatic replacement mechanism comprises a left machine shell, the right end ofthe left machine shell is connected with a right machine shell, the upper end of the left machine shell and the upper end of the right machine shell are each provided with a cutter cavity with an upward opening, a cutting replacement mechanism is arranged in each cutter cavity, a driving cavity is formed in the right side of the left machine shell, and a driving mechanism is arranged in the driving cavity. A pole left groove comprises cutter shaft sleeve grooves which are formed in the front and rear cavity walls in the cutter cavity and communicate with the cutter cavity. The automatic replacement mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to operate, during work, the mechanism can bear a new wire supporting frame and climb a telegraph pole automatically, an old wire supporting frameis disassembled, then the new supporting frame is installed and fastened automatically, the mechanism is used for field mountain pole maintenance, workers do not need to climb up the pole to disassemble the pole, and the construction safety of the workers is greatly improved.
