The device further comprises a water suction pump, a controller and a display screen. The soil humidity sensors, the water suction pump and the display screen are electrically connected with the controller respectively; in the water pumping process of the water pump, thesoil humidity sensor detects the soil humidity in real time and transmits detection data to the controller, the controller controls the display screen to display the soil humidity in real time, and when the soil humidity reaches a preset condition, the water pump is controlled to stop. The soil humidity can be automatically monitored in real time, manual observation is not needed, water pumping can be controlled according to the monitoring result, the monitoring result is accurate and reliable, trial excavation is prevented from influencing the progress, the manual workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
