The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a laminated slab mold and a laminated slab pouring method applying the same. The mold is characterized by comprising a bottom mold, side molds and simulation parts. The two sides of the upper surface of the bottom mold are detachably connected with the side molds respectively, the side molds are perpendicular to the bottommold, the side molds at the two sides of the bottom mold are parallel to each other, notches are formed in the side molds at equal intervals, and the notches in the opposite side molds are staggered;and the simulation parts are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom mold, and the simulation parts are positioned in shear grooves of a laminated slab. The mold has the beneficial effects that sleeves are adopted to simulate the positions of shear nails, and the sleeves are avoided by adjusting reinforcing steel bars, so that the problem of conflict when the laminated slab is connected withthe shear nails on the steel beam is effectively solved, and the shear nails are smoothly inserted into the shear grooves of the laminated slab.
本发明涉及桥梁建设领域,具体涉及一种叠合板模具及应用该模具的叠合板浇筑方法,其特征在于,包括:底模;侧模,所述底模上表面两侧分别可拆卸连接侧模,所述侧模均与底模垂直,且底模两侧的侧模相互平行,所述侧模上等距开有槽口,且相对的侧模上的槽口错位;模拟部,该模拟部分别设置在底模上表面,且模拟部位于叠合板的剪力槽内。本发明的有益效果是:由于采用了套管模拟剪力钉位置,通过调节钢筋避让套管,有效解决了在叠合板与钢梁上的剪力钉连接时,出现冲突的问题,进而实现了剪力钉顺利插入叠合板的剪力槽内。
