The invention discloses a semi-submersible double-body type marine environment protection ship which comprises an environment protection ship body, the environment protection ship body comprises a floating type semi-submersible double-body, the floating type semi-submersible double-body is connected with an upper layer box type deck through a stand column in a supporting mode, and a bottom cabin deck is supported on the floating type semi-submersible double-body. A cavity is formed among the bottom cabin deck, the two side stand column supports and the upper layer box type deck, a sweeping boat is arranged on the bottom cabin deck, the sweeping boat comprises a boat body, a conveying belt is arranged at one end of the boat body, barbs are sequentially arranged on the conveying belt at intervals, and a water guide impeller is installed on the boat body in front of the conveying belt through a support. A garbage storage bin is arranged in the middle of the boat body, and V-shaped filterscreen structures capable of being rotationally unfolded are arranged on the two sides of the front end of a support of the conveying belt. The characteristics of strong environmental protection property and high safety are realized; various large-area floating garbage on the sea can be cleaned in a large area; the semi-submersible double-body type marine environment protection ship can also assist in serving treatment of offshore municipal solid waste; and boats with different functions can be replaced and carried.
