Thermal-insulation environment-friendly wall building material based on loess and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal-insulation environment-friendly wall building material based on loess and a preparation method thereof. The thermal-insulation environment-friendly wall building material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of loess, 0.5-1 part of crop straw, 2-5 parts of silty-fine sand and 1-3 parts of lime. The particle size of the loess particles is less than 5 mm, the particle size of the lime is less than 0.5 mm, the crop straws are rolled into sheets, the lengths of the sheets are cut into 30-50 mm, and the lime is powdery. The moisture content of the loess is kept at 15-20%, and the materials can be used as a wall building material after being uniformly mixed in proportion. The wall material is warm in winter and cool in summer, the heat preservation performance, humidity, fire prevention and sound insulation of the wall material are superior to those of a brick wall, the thermal resistance of the wall is 2.4, the thermal resistance of a clay brick wall is 0.6, the heat preservation performance is four times that of the clay brick wall, the wall material is non-toxic, sterile, odorless and low in price, 90% or above ofthe building material can be recycled, and the building material is green and environment-friendly.
