A cellular plate applied to house decoration and used together with a rock plate and a production process thereof relate to the technical field of rock plates. The honeycomb plate is formed by bondingan enamel layer and a blank body through an adhesive. The enamel layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of feldspar powder, 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate,5-9 parts of calcium phosphate, 15-25 parts of quartz, 5-9 parts of marble, 30-50 parts of kaolin, 5-15 parts of magnesian clay, 5-15 parts of zinc oxide, 12-20 parts of silicon dioxide, 50-70 parts of water, 20-40 parts of a curing agent and 10-30 parts of a cosolvent. The blank body is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of soil, 10-20 parts of feldspar powder,10-20 parts of quartz, 5-9 parts of aluminum oxide, 6-8 parts of high-alumina bauxite, 2-4 parts of magnesite, 5-9 parts of filler, 6-8 parts of polysulfone resin, 7-11 parts of dicyandiamide, 2-4 parts of epoxy resin and 30-50 parts of water. The rock plate is composed of the blank body and the enamel layer, the surface of the rock plate is not prone to cracking, the rock plate can be installedon various cabinets, the collapse phenomenon is avoided, and the rock plate is suitable for being used in decoration of various houses.
