Cloth-based antibacterial wallpaper
The invention discloses cloth-based antibacterial wallpaper which comprises a cloth-based bottom layer, a functional bonding middle layer and a purifying surface layer. The required wallpaper is prepared by compounding the cloth-based bottom layer, the functional bonding middle layer and the purifying surface layer in sequence through a heat transfer printing coating process. The formula of the functional bonding middle layer comprises the following components including, by weight, 50-60 parts of PVC paste resin, 6-10 parts of organic silicon emulsion, 12-16 parts of an epoxidized soybean oilplasticizer, 4-8 parts of an organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent, 10-20 parts of a composite filler, 6-10 parts of a PVC foaming regulator and 2-6 parts of a PET polyester heat stabilizer; and the formula of the purifying surface layer comprises the following components including, by weight, 20-30 parts of PVC paste resin, 10-14 parts of nano silicon oxide, 16-20 parts ofnano titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 3-7 parts of diatomite powder, 2-6 parts of a PVC foaming regulator and 1-5 parts of a PET polyester heat stabilizer. By adopting the technical scheme, the preparation process is simple, the operation and application effects are outstanding, and the antibacterial and formaldehyde-purifying properties of the prepared wallpaper are improved.
本发明公开了一种布基抗菌壁纸,包括布基底层、功能粘合中层、净化面层,所述布基底层、粘合功能中层、净化面层三者之间依次通过热转印涂布工艺复合制得所需壁纸,所述粘合功能中层的配方按重量组份为PVC糊树脂50‑60份、有机硅乳液6‑10份、环氧大豆油增塑剂12‑16份、有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂4‑8份、复合填充料10‑20份、PVC发泡调节剂6‑10份、PET聚酯热稳定剂2‑6份;所述净化面层的配方按重量组份为PVC糊树脂20‑30份、纳米氧化硅10‑14份、纳米二氧化钛16‑20份、竹炭粉1‑5份、硅藻土粉3‑7份、PVC发泡调节剂2‑6份、PET聚酯热稳定剂1‑5份。采用本技术方案,制备工艺简单,操作应用效果突出,有助于提高所制备壁纸的抗菌以及净化甲醛性能。
