The invention relates to a periodic box girder structure with oscillators arranged on a diaphragm plate, and the periodic box girder structure comprises a plurality of basic units; each basic unit comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, two webs are arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and the top plate, the webs, the bottom plate and the webs are sequentially connected to form abox type structure; a transverse partition plate is inserted into the box-shaped structure to divide the interior of the box-shaped structure into two spaces; at least one oscillator is installed onthe transverse partition plate, and each oscillator is embedded in the transverse partition plate in a wrapping mode through elastic light filler. The box-type structure is extended along the direction z perpendicular to the cross section to form a periodic box girder, and then the periodic box girder can be regarded as a local resonance phononic crystal, has an elastic wave band gap, and can be used for vibration reduction of building structures such as bridges and the like.
