The invention relates to bridge construction, in particular to a bridge rotation system and application thereof in bridge rotation construction. The bridge rotation system comprises a rotation supportcomposed of an upper spherical pendulum and a lower spherical pendulum, the inner end faces of the upper spherical pendulum and the lower spherical pendulum are oppositely arranged and are in runningfit, the outer end face of the upper spherical pendulum is fixed to an upper bearing platform, the outer end face of the lower spherical pendulum is fixed to a lower bearing platform, and a tractionrotation device is arranged between the lower bearing platform and the upper bearing platform. Annularly-distributed padstones are arranged on the surface of the lower bearing platform on the outer side of the rotation support at intervals, height adjusting devices are arranged on the upper surfaces of the padstones, the tops of the height adjusting devices are in clearance fit with an annular sliding way and can be in sliding fit with the annular sliding way through heightening of the height adjusting devices, and the annular sliding way is fixed to the inner surface of the upper bearing platform. The technical problem that an existing construction method cannot meet the requirement for safe construction of crossing an existing road is solved, and the bridge rotation system has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in construction safety, high in construction speed and the like.
本发明桥梁施工,特别是指一种桥梁回转系统及其桥梁回转施工中的应用。桥梁回转系统包括由内端面相对设置且转动配合的上、下球摆构成的转体支座,上球摆的外端面固定于上承台,下球摆的外端面固定于下承台上,下承台与上承台之间设有牵引回转装置;转体支座外侧的下承台表面间隔设有呈环形分布的垫石,垫石上表面设有调高装置,调高装置顶部与环形滑道间隙装配并可通过调高装置的增高与环形滑道形成滑动配合,环形滑道与上承台内表面固定。本发明解决了采用现有施工方法无法满足跨越既有道路的安全上进行施工的技术问题,具有结构简单、施工安全性高、施工速度快等优点。
