The invention discloses a soft foundation water passing wharf structure which comprises cast-in-place piles, jet grouting piles and cement soil mixing piles. The cast-in-place piles penetrate througha silt layer, a medium fine sand layer and a clay layer of a wharf, and the multiple cast-in-place piles are arranged around the outer side contour of the wharf. The jet grouting piles are arranged inspace surrounded by the cast-in-place piles, the multiple jet grouting piles are arranged along the arrangement path of the cast-in-place piles, and the jet grouting piles penetrate through the siltlayer, the medium fine sand layer and the clay layer of the wharf. The space surrounded by the jet grouting piles is filled with the multiple cement soil mixing piles, and the cement soil mixing pilespenetrate through the silt layer and the medium fine sand layer of the wharf. Gaps between the adjacent cast-in-place piles are blocked through the jet grouting piles, a soft soil foundation is firmly limited, lateral deformation of the soft soil foundation under the action of vertical loads is controlled, the cement soil mixing piles reinforce soft soil limited by the cast-in-place piles, and the bearing capacity of the soft soil is greatly improved.
