The invention relates to the technical field of soil sampling, and particularly relates to a portable soil sampling device for municipal engineering construction. The portable soil sampling device comprises a shell, wherein a placement hole is formed in the lower end of the shell; the lower end of a threaded sleeve extends to the placement hole and is connected with a sampler through a bolt; a fixed block is connected to the upper part of the outer side of the shell in a sleeving manner; a supporting leg is connected to the interior of each groove through a pin shaft; a threaded rod is in threaded connection with the interior of the threaded sleeve; the lower end of the threaded rod extends to the interior of the sampler and is sequentially and fixedly connected with a plurality of trapezoidal tables; a sealing device is mounted on one side of the interior of a through hole; a sampling groove is formed in the upper part of one side of a sampling rod; an extrusion block is fixedly mounted at one end of the sampling rod; and a second spring is connected to the outer side of the sampling rod in a sleeving manner. The portable soil sampling device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to use; the soil sampling efficiency can be greatly improved, and the soil sampling accuracy can be guaranteed; meanwhile, the portable soil sampling device is convenient tocarry and is worthy of popularization and use.
