Prestressed pipe column pile splicing device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prestressed pipe column pile splicing device and a construction method thereof. The prestressed pipe column pile splicing device comprises a mounting plate and two movable clacks which are symmetrically hinged to the mounting plate and matched with a pipe column in size; connecting assemblies used for connecting the two movable clacks are arranged at the movable ends ofthe two movable clacks, and guide clacks are connected to one ends of the movable clacks; openings, away from the movable clacks, of the guide clacks are expanded, extrusion rods are slidably arrangedon the inner walls of the movable clacks in the length direction of the mounting plate, and a driving device used for driving the extrusion rods on the two movable clacks to synchronously and reversely slide in the length direction of the mounting plate is arranged on the mounting plate; and when pile splicing is conducted on a pipe column, the two movable clacks on the mounting plate are rotatedto surround a lower pile section, then the movable ends of the two movable clacks are connected and fixed, then the extrusion rods on the two movable clacks are driven to synchronously move towards apipe pile and abut against the pipe pile, then an upper pipe section is inserted from the upper parts of the guide clacks, and an upper end pile and a lower end pile can be rapidly aligned. The prestressed pipe column pile splicing device and the construction method thereof have the effects of being convenient to operate and capable of improving the pile splicing quality.
