The test device comprises a first rock-soil layer and a second rock-soillayer, a fault zone is arranged between the first rock-soil layer and the second rock-soil layer, the fault zone is filled with a filler, pile foundations are buried in the first rock-soil layer andthe second rock-soil layer correspondingly, a bearing body is arranged at the lower end of the first rock-soil layer, a lifting table is arranged below the second rock-soil layer, a lifting device used for driving a lifting table top to move up and down is arranged in the lifting table, and the second rock-soil layer and the movable lifting table top are connected through a plurality of elastic pieces. A spring and the lifting table are combined, the earthquake vibration process is simulated through the spring, the lifting table is used for accurately controlling the relative displacement of the rock-soil layers on the two sides of the fault zone, and thus a model test is closer to the actual situation.
