The method has the beneficial effects that the toilet sewage treatment part is used for flushing a toilet after treating wastewater generatedby back flushing the toilet, and the toilet sewage treatment part adopts multi-stage AO-MBBR sewage treatment, so that a large amount of water resources can be saved, and in the multi-stage AO-MBBR sewage treatment, a multi-stage AO system connected in series is formed by adjusting anaerobic tanks and aerobic tanks in a biochemical reaction tank; the adaptability to toilet flushing water with different pollution loads is high; the toilet flushing water can be adjusted according to the amount of water generated by using the toilet to achieve the optimal effect.
