Fabricated steel structure self-insulation building and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated steel structure self-insulation building which comprises a framework. The framework comprises stand columns, butt joints are arranged at the bottom ends of the stand columns, the butt joints of the upper-layer stand columns are in butt joint with the top ends of the lower-layer stand columns, and horizontal beams are connected between the tops of the adjacent stand columns in various layers of the framework and are C-shaped steel pipes with upward openings. Pouring inlets and water and electricity pipe inlets are formed in the bottom walls of the horizontalbeams, supporting rods are connected between the vertically-opposite pouring inlets, the supporting rods are C-shaped steel pipes, and branch pouring openings are formed in the side walls of the supporting rods. The invention further discloses a construction method of the fabricated steel structure self-insulation building. The method comprises the steps of base layer construction, bottom framework erecting, inner and outer wall panel paving, arrangement of water and electricity pipes and concrete pouring. According to the fabricated steel structure self-insulation building and the construction method thereof, no formwork is needed, no formwork erecting or formwork installing is needed, no scaffold needs to be erected, no secondary surface layer decoration is needed, the number of operators is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and material facility transferring and cleaning work and construction waste generation are reduced.
