The invention relates to a single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint and a construction method. The single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint comprises upper wall vertically-distributed steel bars and upper wall ladder bars, wherein the upper wall vertically-distributed steel bars are arranged on the vertical inner sides of the upper wall ladder bars, and the upper wall vertically-distributed steel bars are buried in upper wall prefabricated concrete. The single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint is integrally prefabricated into an L shape,so that the single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint can be prefabricated respectively during fabricated construction, tight splicing connection is realized, an outer template is not needed, and manual operation is reduced; when the single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint is connected with an external beam, a notch is formed in an end opening of the single-sided superimposed L-shaped prefabricated part joint, so that a reinforcing cage is fixedly connected with the external beam, and the connection and use are facilitated; the L-shaped design is small, so that the standard production is easy; and a wall which is connected with the prefabricated joint can be prefabricated for longer, so that the overall cost is reduced.
