The invention provides an anti-cracking suspended ceiling decorative surface structure. The anti-cracking suspended ceiling decorative surface structure is arranged below a keel framework of a ceilingand comprises gypsum boards and a wall body, wherein suspended ceiling grooves are formed in part of the gypsum boards, the edges of every two adjacent gypsum boards jointly form a gypsum board groove, preset distances are kept between the gypsum board grooves and the corners of the suspended ceiling grooves, and the gypsum board grooves are filled with joint filling layers. The invention furtherprovides a construction method of the anti-cracking suspended ceiling decorative surface structure. The construction method is used for constructing the above anti-cracking suspended ceiling decorative surface structure. The anti-cracking suspended ceiling decorative surface structure built through the construction method is high in environmental protection value, free of harmful substances suchas formaldehyde, light in weight, firm, good in flame retardance and fire resistance, low in water content, high in stability, free of extendable deformation when meeting moisture, free of connector position cracking, high in surface adhesive force, capable of being firmly bonded to plastering putty, and free of falling off and not prone to extendable deformation, avoids cracking of the gypsum board grooves, and prolongs the service life of the suspended ceiling decorative surface.
