The invention proposes a plastic-coated keel construction process. The process comprises the following steps that step 1, plastic-coated keel mounting points are set in a indoor top face in a line snapping mode; step 2, side faces of two sides of a plastic-coated keel is subjected to antirust coating treatment; step 3, a main keel is fixed according to the mounting points, and then an auxiliary keel is mounted on the main keel in a clamped mode; step 5, the joint of the main keel and the auxiliary keel is fixed through double rivets; and step 5, structural stability detection is performed.
