Wall surface vertical leveling device and leveling method
The invention provides a wall surface vertical leveling device. The wall surface vertical leveling device comprises a base plate, a baffle plate and a screw, wherein the cross section of the base plate is in an L shape; an adjusting hole is formed in the side surface of the base plate; and the baffle plate is fixed to the position of the adjusting hole through the screw, and the position of the baffle plate can be vertically adjusted along the adjusting hole. The invention also provides a wall surface vertical leveling method which is implemented on the basis of the wall surface vertical leveling device. The method comprises the following steps of determining two points vertical to the horizontal plane on the wall surface; making a main rib by using the wall surface vertical leveling device along two points vertical to the horizontal plane; making a plurality of auxiliary ribs with the same height as the main rib by using the wall surface vertical leveling device at preset intervals onthe wall surface; filling putty paste or cement mortar between every two adjacent ribs, and performing wall surface leveling; and grinding the wall surface. When the wall surface vertical leveling method is used for leveling the wall surface, the operation is simple and convenient, the height difference of the wall surface in the wall surface leveling process is effectively reduced, and the flatness of the wall surface is ensured.
本发明提出一种墙面垂直找平装置，包括基板、挡板和螺钉；基板截面呈L形，侧面开设有调节孔；挡板通过螺钉固定于调节孔处，并可沿调节孔上下调整位置。本发明还提供一种墙面垂直找平方法，基于上述墙面垂直找平装置进行实施，包括：在墙面上确定垂直于水平面的两点；利用墙面垂直找平装置沿垂直与水平面的两点做一条主筋；利用墙面垂直找平装置以预设间隔距离在墙面上做多条与主筋高度相同的副筋；在两条相邻的筋之间填充腻子膏或水泥砂浆，进行墙面找平；对墙面进行打磨。通过该墙面垂直找平方法进行墙面找平，操作简单便捷，有效减小了墙面找平过程中墙面的高度差，保证了墙面的平整。
