The invention discloses a transmission device of a rotary disc coded lock. The transmission device comprises a driving piece fixed to a shaft piece and a driven piece fixed to a shaft base. One end ofthe shaft piece penetrates through the shaft base. The driving piece is in the shape of a cake with a certain thickness. A clamping position for a locking rod to be clamped in is arranged on the outer wall of the driving piece in the circumferential direction. A releasing and driving portion directly communicating with the clamping position is arranged on one side of the clamping position. The driven piece is provided with a driven piece groove for the locking rod to be clamped in. A transmission mechanism is arranged between the driving piece and the driven piece. The transmission device issimple in structure, the driving piece is driven by the shaft piece to rotate, then the driven piece is driven by the driving piece to rotate, and sound information is difficult to obtain by rotatingthe shaft piece from destructive unlocking.
