Coal mine airtight wall and construction method thereof
The invention provides a coal mine airtight wall. The coal mine airtight wall comprises a wall body (1), a metal net layer (4) and an isolation layer (6). The wall body is formed by lining gangue (2),and gaps between the gangue are filled with a filler composition (3). The filler composition comprises alkali metal silicate, filler, water and a modifier; the alkali metal silicate is water glass; the filler is an inorganic filler and is finely divided, and the average particle size of the filler is less than 200 microns; and the modifier acts to render the composition insensitive to moisture, and is a water-soluble or water-dispersible acrylic polymer or copolymer having an average molecular weight of at least about 10,000. The filler composition for the airtight wall can be conveniently transported to a construction site and filled into the sealed gaps, and the non-toxic and non-volatile water-based filler composition is dried quickly, and is immediately sealed after being used to prevent air leakage, so that the airtight wall is tightly sealed.
