The invention relates to a water-free humidifying device and an air conditioner indoor unit. The water-free humidifying device comprises a water storage fan, a moisture storage pipeline assembly, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and a connecting pipe. The water storage fan is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is connected with the air inlet pipe. The air outlet communicates with one end of the connecting pipe. The other end of the connecting pipe communicates with an inlet of the moisture storage pipeline assembly. An outlet of the moisture storage pipeline assembly communicates with the air outlet pipe. The moisture storage pipeline assembly is connected with a water receiving tank. The water receiving tank is connected with an atomizer. The water-free humidifying device is ingeniously installed in a shell of the indoor unit, the internal space of the air conditioner indoor unit is reasonably utilized, water storage and humidifying can be automatically completed, and the production cost and the use cost of the water-free humidifying device are reduced.
