The invention provides a condensation water production device and an air conditioning system, relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and solves the technical problems that an air conditioning system cannot produce water according to a characteristic of a desert area and is single in function. The condensation water production device comprises a condensation assembly and an air supplydevice, wherein the air supply device is used for forming an air draught flowing through the condensation assembly; and the condensation assembly is connected into the air conditioning system, and isused for enabling a refrigerant diverted in the air conditioning system to exchange heat with the air draught so that air is condensed into a water drop on the surface of the condensation assembly tobe collected. The condensation water production device is connected with the air conditioning system to obtain the refrigerant circulated in the condensation water production device; the air draught formed by the air supply device can be used for increasing the flow of the air passing through the condensation assembly; the amount of water which can be collected is increased conveniently; the circulated refrigerant is utilized to exchange the heat with the air draught; the air can be condensed into the water drop on the surface of the condensation assembly and collected; the water is produced by utilizing the air in the desert area; the problem of the lack of the water in the desert area is relieved; and further, the condensation water production device is convenient to manufacture, and canbe used by a user.
