The product developed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of first waste residues, 5-10 parts of second waste residues and 20-40 parts of third waste residues, wherein thefirst waste residue is at least one of muscovite tailings, kaolin tailings and talc tailings; the second waste slag is spherical steel slag particles; the particle size distribution range of the spherical steel slag particles is 1-10 microns; and the third waste residues are wood fibers. the spherical steel slag particles are porous particles; silicon dioxide is embedded into the porous particles;after silicon dioxide in the porous particles is removed, pores in the porous particles are through holes. The product developed by the invention has good early strength performance and stable performance.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多固废早强水泥及其制备方法。本发明研制的产品包括以下重量份数的原料:60‑80份第一废渣,5‑10份第二废渣,20‑40份第三废渣;所述第一废渣为白云母尾矿、高岭土尾矿、滑石尾矿中的至少一种;所述第二废渣为球形钢渣颗粒;所述球形钢渣颗粒的粒径分布范围为1‑10μm;所述第三废渣为木质纤维。其中,所述球形钢渣颗粒为多孔颗粒;所述多孔颗粒中嵌入有二氧化硅;所述多孔颗粒中二氧化硅去除后,多孔颗粒中孔隙为通孔。本发明研制的产品具有良好的早强性能,且性能稳定。
