The invention provides high-permeability emulsified asphalt permeable oil as well as a preparation method and application thereof. A spraying mode is adopted on an asphalt pavement, and a high-permeability emulsified asphalt material comprises the components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of petroleum asphalt, 1-5 parts of an emulsifier, 35-45 parts of water, 10-15 parts of a permeable compositelight component and 1-2 parts of an additive. The application method comprises the steps: uniformly spraying the obtained high-permeability emulsified asphalt permeable oil on a pavement base, spraying seal coat asphalt after drying, and opening the traffic after maintenance. The material is reasonable in design, has good infiltration capacity, film forming effect and water seepage prevention capacity, can meet the permeability requirement of a pavement semi-rigid base layer, and improves the overall performance of a pavement. Most components in the raw materials of the material are functionalraw materials, so that the material has good economic benefits, is free of pollution and has good social benefits. The high-permeability emulsified asphalt is used for a permeable layer of a pavement, and can reduce the cost and protect the environment while meeting the use performance of the pavement.
