The invention discloses a construction method and construction equipment for a static pressure immersed tubular pile. The construction method comprises the steps of taking in place and immersing a tube, wherein the tube immersing method comprises the steps of starting a pressurized static pressure system and a tube immersing system of piling equipment, interactively pressurizing an outer tube andan inner tube, and immersing the tube immersing system to a set depth; the pressurized static pressure system comprises a hollow vertical frame arranged on a chassis of a static pressure pile machine,a group of hydraulic holding pressure pile clamping devices arranged on the chassis and a group of hydraulic holding pressure pile clamping devices arranged on the vertical frame; and the tube immersing system comprises a steel outer tube with set rigidity and strength and an inner tube hammer system with set rigidity and strength. The construction method has the advantages of convenience in construction and good construction effect.
