The structure can be arranged on a road structure, and theroad structure is provided with a sewer pipe structure and a wellhead structure; the structure comprises a drainage channel structure body; the drainage channel structure body is located between thewellhead structure and the sewer pipe structure and is in an oblique spiral conch shell shape; the drainage channel structure body is provided with a drainage outlet communicated with a drainage inlet; and the road surface waterlogging water of the road structure is drained along the drainage direction of a sewer pipeline when being drained to the sewer pipe structure through the drainage outlet.According to the structure, waterlogging water from the wellhead structure to the sewer pipe structure can be effectively conducted through the oblique spiral conch shell-shaped drainage channel structure body, and meanwhile, the possibility that drainage water in a sewer flows back to the wellhead structure in the reverse direction can be remarkably reduced, so that the internal pressure of the drainage water in the sewer is increased, the flow speed is higher, the urban inland inundation is prevented from being further intensified while the urban inland inundation is reduced more quickly.
