The invention discloses a device for improving wind uplift resistance of a roof and a roof boarding structure. The device for improving the wind uplift resistance of the roof comprises at least two wind-resistant clamps and a jacking part, wherein the wind-resistant clamps are arranged at a joint of two adjacent roof boarding bodies, each wind-resistant clamp is provided with at least one corresponding connecting part connected with the other wind-resistant clamp, the jacking part is arranged on the connecting parts, and the bottom end of the jacking part jacks the upper end faces of the roofboarding bodies or a gap with a set distance is reserved between the bottom end of the jacking part and the upper end faces of the roof boarding bodies. According to the device for improving the winduplift resistance of the roof and the roof boarding structure, the structure is simple, and the wind uplift resistance of the roof can be effectively improved.
