The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic double-sided power generation building breast board. The breast board comprises a breast board body; first sleeves are fixedly installed at the positions,close to the upper end and the lower end, of the outer surface of one side of the breast board body; second sleeves are movably installed on the outer surfaces of one sides of the two first sleeves, adjusting rods are movably installed between the two first sleeves and the two second sleeves; a screw hole is formed in the middle of the outer surface of the upper end of the breast board body; a first bolt is in threaded connection with the interior of the screw hole; a gear is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the lower end of the first bolt; a first rack and a second rack are movably installed in the middles of the inner surfaces of two sides of the breast board body respectively; and a solar panel is a PERC double-sided double-glass solar cell module. The double-sided solar cell module is subjected to integrated design and good protection, so that a worker can conveniently adjust the distance between the breast board body and the outer wall of a building, and the worker can conveniently fix the solar panel.
