The invention provides a special extension ladder for a vehicle-mounted crossing frame. The special extension ladder comprises a ladder supporting plate, an extension ladder main body, a ladder top end connecting plate, a crossing frame ladder and a crossing frame ladder connecting plate; the ladder supporting plate is used for supporting the extension ladder on the vehicle-mounted crossing framemain body; the vehicle-mounted crossing frame main body is fixed on a loading part of an engineering vehicle; the extension ladder main body sequentially comprises a head ladder, more than two standard ladders and a tail ladder; the ladder top end connecting plate is positioned at the top of the extension ladder main body and is used for connecting the head ladder, the standard ladders and the tail ladder together; and the crossing frame ladder is connected with a crossing frame of the engineering vehicle through the crossing frame ladder connecting plate. According to the special extension ladder for the vehicle-mounted crossing frame, when crossing at different heights, an operator can conveniently cross the top of a frame up and down for operation and construction, the construction workefficiency is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
