The invention discloses a power plant with a suspended water column, and aims to change a conventional hydraulic power generation way. The suspended water column directly impacts a bottom water turbine generator set, so that power generation and power supply can be achieved, and the installation cost of a section of pressure pipe is reduced; and more than 5 percent of the power generation capacityobtained by adopting the suspended water column mentioned in the invention, instead of a water-guided power generation way through adopting the pressure pipe, can be also obtained; and therefore, thepower plant with the suspended water column is suitable for being used in sightseeing power plants in landscape construction with waterfalls.
本发明是悬空水柱发电站，目的是改变传统的水力发电方式，利用悬空水柱直接冲击底部的水轮发电机组发电供电，节省一段压力管的安装费用，又可获得比用压力管引水发电多5％以上的发电量，并且适宜有瀑布的景区建设观光发电站使用。
