The invention discloses an outdoor picnic device based on a solar cell. The outdoor picnic device comprises a working box, a working cavity is formed in the working box, a photoelectric mechanism usedfor generating power through solar energy is arranged in the working cavity, an inflation mechanism used for inflating an air cushion is arranged in the working cavity, and the inner wall of the lower side of the working cavity is fixedly connected with an inflation box fixedly connected with the inner wall of the left side of the working cavity. Solar energy is converted into electric energy through the photoelectric mechanism, a contracted air cushion is inflated through the inflation mechanism to be used by a user, the user is shaded through a sunshade mechanism capable of being manually controlled when the sun is too strong, and power is transmitted for the operation of the whole device through the power mechanism. The problem that a power source is difficult to carry during outdoor picnic is solved, solar energy is utilized, and the concept of sustainable development is met.
