The invention discloses an anti-wear nylon heat insulation strip for bridge-cut-off aluminum doors and windows. The anti-wear nylon heat insulation strip is prepared by performing mixed melting on resin particles, nylon particles, heat insulation fibers, organic fluorine epoxy particles, an aluminate coupling agent, a dispersing agent, a nucleating agent and an antioxidant are mixed according to amass ratio of 20 to 20 to 10 to 12 to 5 to 1 to 0.5 to 0.5 and then extruding a product into a die for modeling. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the anti-abrasion nylon heatinsulation strip for the bridge-cut-off aluminum doors and windows. The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, the resin particles, the nylon particles, the heat insulation fibers, the organic fluorine epoxy particles, the aluminate coupling agent, the dispersing agent, the nucleating agent and the antioxidant are mixed; and 2, heating work is performed on the uniformly mixed rawmaterials so as to melt the raw materials.
