The invention provides a hydraulic lifting and position adjusting system for a bridge deck crane of a cable-stayed bridge. The hydraulic lifting and position adjusting system comprises a main cross beam, two longitudinal moving systems, two transverse moving systems, a control system and a hydraulic pump station. The main cross beam is longitudinally arranged on an upper chord of the bridge deck crane slidably, and hydraulic lifting systems are arranged on the main cross beam. One ends of the two longitudinal moving systems are connected with the upper chord, and the other ends are connected with the main cross beam. The two transverse moving systems are arranged on the main cross beam, and each transverse moving system is connected with one hydraulic lifting system and can push or pull the hydraulic lifting system to move transversely. The control system is in signal connection with the hydraulic pump station, and the hydraulic pump station is connected with the two hydraulic liftingsystems, the two longitudinal moving systems and the two transverse moving systems through hydraulic pipelines.
