The invention relates to an anti-corrosion and anti-coking coating for a coal-fired boiler. The coating is coated on the surface of a water-cooled wall of the coal-fired boiler and comprises an anti-corrosion layer coated on a substrate and an anti-coking layer coated on a surface layer. The anti-corrosion layer is prepared by combining 10-100 parts by weight of flaky mica powder, 10-100 parts byweight of flaky talcum powder, 10-100 parts by weight of flaky bentonite powder and 10-100 parts by weight of flaky graphite powder through binding agent silicon resin, and the weight part of the silicon resin is 20-300 parts by weight; the anti-coking layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-80 parts of boron nitride, 5-60 parts of zirconium oxide, 5-60 parts of cerium oxide and 5-60 parts of lanthanum oxide powder, the binding agent is silica sol or zirconium sol, and the weight part of the binding agent is 10-200 parts. The coating is mainly made of an inorganicmaterial, has good high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and coking resistance, and has double-layer protection on the metal furnace tube; the problems of coking and corrosion of the furnace tube are effectively reduced, the hearth temperature and the smoke exhaust temperature are reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the furnace tube is improved, and the coal consumption is reduced so that the service life of the boiler is effectively prolonged, and the operation safety and stability are effectively improved.
