The invention relates to the technical field of green building materials, particularly to a preparation method of a self-cleaning building material based on titanium dioxide. The method comprises thefollowing steps: (1) sorting construction waste, and crushing to obtain coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, wherein the particle size of the coarse aggregate is 1-1.5 cm, and the particle size of thefine aggregate is 0.5-0.8 cm; (2) mixing the fine aggregate with a nano modifier to obtain modified fine aggregate; and (3) mixing cement, aggregate, glass sand, glass fiber, expanded vermiculite, fly ash, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a concrete base layer, and coating the concrete base layer with a titanium dioxide coating to obtain the self-cleaning building material. According to the invention, the self-cleaning building material has the advantages of simple and easily available raw materials, no formaldehyde, greenness, environmental protection, self-cleaning in theuse process, long service life, and difficult yellowing.
本发明涉及绿色建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种基于二氧化钛的自洁型建筑材料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将建筑垃圾进行分拣后破碎得到粗骨料和细骨料,所述粗骨料的粒径大小为1‑1.5cm,所述细骨料的粒径大小为0.5‑0.8cm,(2)所述细骨料和纳米改性剂混合得到改性细骨料;(3)将水泥、骨料、玻璃砂、玻璃纤维、膨胀蛭石、粉煤灰、分散剂、和消泡剂混合得到混凝土基层,所述混凝土基层外涂覆一层二氧化钛涂层得到自洁型建筑材料;本发明中的自洁型建筑材料,原料简单易得,不含甲醛,绿色更环保,而且使用过程中可以自洁,使用寿命长,不易泛黄。
