The invention relates to the technical field of water permeable bricks, and discloses a method for preparing a water permeable brick from construction waste, which comprises the following steps: S1: raw material treatment: crushing or hammering 200-300 parts of construction waste by using a pressure testing machine; S2, screening the construction waste through a 200-300 mesh screen; S3, crushing:putting 20-50% of the raw materials prepared in the step S2 into a crusher for continuous crushing; s4, mixing: putting the raw materials prepared in the step S2 and the raw materials prepared in thestep S3 into a mixer for mixing, adding auxiliary materials during mixing, and blending the components into slurry; and S5, preparing a mixed solution by mixing 20-40 parts of reinforced fibers, 10-30parts of glass fibers and 10-35 parts of asphalt. According to the invention, construction waste is fully utilized, environmental protection is realized, the strength of the surface of the water permeable brick is improved, a good antifouling function is achieved, a large number of gaps in the produced water permeable brick are ensured, and the water permeable effect of the water permeable brickis ensured.
