The invention relates to a preparation method for producing dead burned magnesia by an electric smelting magnesium lump demoulding material as a raw material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the following production raw materials in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of electric smelting demoulding powder, 15-20 parts of magnesite powder and 15-20 parts of dead burned magnesia dust removal powder into a mixing mill for mixing and milling; mixing and grinding the components, conveying the mixture into a compactor, primarily pressing the mixture into balls under 100-150 MPa, and then pressing the balls into raw material balls under 300-350 MPa; feeding the raw material balls into a drying tower for drying; and feeding the dried raw material balls into a reburning shaft kiln, uniformly blending 60-70 kg of solid fuel with each ton of the raw material balls for calcination, wherein the highest calcination temperature is controlled to be 1650 DEG C or above, the kilndischarge interval time is controlled to be 3.5-4 h, and the kiln discharge depth is 1,200 mm to 1,500 mm. According to the method, a large amount of demolding materials generated after electric smelting demolding are fully utilized, and the utilization rate of magnesite resources is greatly increased. Meanwhile, the raw materials pressed into the raw material balls are low in cauterization, so that the use amount of solid fuel added in calcination of the reburning shaft kiln is effectively reduced, and resources are saved.
本发明涉及一种以电熔镁坨脱模料为原料生产重烧镁砂的制备方法,生产原料按重量份:电熔脱模粉65‑80份,菱镁矿石粉15‑20份和重烧镁砂除尘粉15‑20份放入混碾机进行混碾;混碾后输送到压密机内于100‑150MPa初步压制成球,再于300‑350MP压制成原料球;原料球送入烘干塔进行烘干;将干燥后的原料球送进重烧竖窑内,每吨原料球内均匀混合加入60‑70公斤固体燃料进行煅烧,最高煅烧温度控制在1650℃以上,出窑间隔时间控制在3.5‑4小时,出窑深度1200‑1500mm。本发明对于电熔脱模后所产生的大量脱模料进行充分利用,大幅提高了菱镁矿资源的利用率。同时由于压制成原料球的原料灼碱低,有效降低重烧竖窑煅烧中所加入固体燃料的使用量,有利于节约资源。
