Municipal road pavement traffic sign line marking construction method
The invention relates to a municipal road surface traffic sign line marking construction method which mainly comprises the following steps: raw material injection, width adjustment, roller coating marking, right-angle turning and other processes, wherien a marking machine used in the method comprises a workbench, a limiting steering device, a marking device, second rollers and push rods. The limiting steering device is installed on the left side of the workbench, the marking device is arranged in the middle of the workbench, the second rollers are symmetrically and rotationally arranged on thefront side and the rear side of the right side of the lower end of the workbench, and push rods are symmetrically fixed to the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the right end of the workbench. The problems that one marking device cannot scribe traffic sign lines with different widths, and the marking device needs to be replaced, so that resources are wasted, and according to a traditional traffic sign line marking construction method, when the included angle between the two traffic sign lines needing to be drawn is a right angle, the rotating angle is likely to deviate from the preset angle, and errors are caused can be solved.
本发明涉及一种市政道路路面交通标识线划线施工方法,主要包括以下步骤:原料注入、宽度调整、辊涂划线以及直角转弯等多种工序,使用到的划线机械包括工作台、限位转向装置、划线装置、二号滚轮和推动杆,所述的工作台的左侧安装有限位转向装置,所述的工作台的中部设置有划线装置,工作台下端右侧的前后两侧对称转动设置有二号滚轮,工作台右端上方的前后两侧对称固定有推动杆。本发明可以解决使用一种划线设备无法划出不同宽度的交通标识线,需对划线设备进行更换,浪费资源,且传统的交通标识线划线施工方法,当需要绘制的两条交通标识线之间的夹角为直角时,转动角度容易偏离预设角度造成误差等问题。
