Double-side canal side support mechanism for building construction
The invention relates to a double-side canal side supporting mechanism for building construction, in particular to a symmetrical rainwater receiving device for a sponge city. The mechansim comprises aleft side plate, a right side plate, a beating plate mechanism, an inserting plate, a guide mechanism and a first driving gear, wherein the left side plate and the right side plate are connected together through the front guide mechanism and the rear guide mechanism. The guide mechanism comprises a guide sleeve installed on the left side plate and a guide column installed on the right side plate,a motor is installed on the inner side of the left side plate, and a lead screw is installed on the motor. A first synchronous wheel mechanism is used for driving two beating plates 301 to beat, andmeanwhile, the fan wheels rotating at the same time are used for driving the tamping plate to tamp the bottom face of the canal, the functional structure is further improved, tensioning action can beconducted according to the width change of the canal, and even if the inner wall of the canal slips sand or deforms due to construction above the ground, the construction efficiency is improved. The side plates moving towards the two sides in an expanding mode can effectively prevent the phenomenon from happening, tensioning can be conducted again, and the structure is more reasonable.
一种海绵城市用对称式雨水接水装置本发明涉及一种建筑施工用双侧式水渠侧撑机构,包括左侧板、右侧板、拍打板机构、插板、导向机构和第一驱动齿轮所述左侧板和右侧板通过前后两处导向机构连接在一起,所述导向机构包括安装在左侧板上的导套和安装在右侧板上的导柱,所述左侧板的内侧安装有马达,马达上安装有丝杠,本装置利用第一同步轮机构驱动两片拍打板301拍打动作时,也同时利用同时旋转的扇轮驱动夯板完成对水渠底面的夯实作业,功能性结构得到了进一步提高,还可根据水渠宽度变化进行张紧动作,即使水渠内壁因地面以上施工而出现滑沙或变形,向两侧扩张性运动的侧板可有效防止出现上述现象,并可进行再次张紧,结构更加合理。
