Automatic pile gripper and control method for automatic pile holding
The invention discloses an automatic pile gripper and a control method for automatic pile holding. The automatic pile gripper comprises a traveling chassis, an adjustable supporting device, a pair ofstand columns, an arm claw left arm and an arm claw right arm, wherein each of a longitudinal rail wheel assembly and a transverse rail wheel assembly is provided with a braking device used for braking the traveling chassis; and during pile holding, the traveling chassis is moved to a designated position firstly, then the arm claw left arm and the arm claw right arm are driven to rotate relativelyto surround a pile, all the clamping oil cylinders and the clasping oil cylinders are driven to extend out to clamp the pile, and the pile is straightened during pile driving. By the adoption of thescheme, the functions of position adjustment, automatic pile holding and pile straightening can be achieved, the working efficiency of equipment is improved, and the perpendicularity of the pile entering the sea is guaranteed to the maximum extent.
