The invention provides a slag discharging device. The slag discharging device is applied to a double-wheel groove milling machine and comprises a first slurry pump; a slag discharging pipe is connected to the first slurry pump; and an auxiliary lifting mechanism used for promoting slurry to flow upwards in the slag discharging pipe is arranged on the slag discharging pipe. The invention further provides a double-wheel groove milling machine which comprises the slag discharging device. The auxiliary lifting mechanism in the slag discharging device is started to promote the slurry to flow upwards in the slag discharging pipe, so that the pressure at the bottom end of the slag discharging pipe is reduced, the first slurry pump keeps the enough slag discharging capability, the slurry and sediments can be smoothly discharged, and the pipe is not prone to blockage.
