Anti-cracking construction method for layered concrete structure
The invention provides an anti-cracking construction method for a layered concrete structure. According to the method, a hollow water pipe is arranged in a bottom concrete pouring area, hot water is injected into the hollow water pipe to heat bottom concrete, the bottom concrete is heated to expand and deform, after the specified temperature is reached, the hot water is adjusted to be at the constant temperature the same as that of the bottom concrete, then upper layer concrete pouring is conducted, and when the temperature of the center of the upper layer concrete structure and that of the center of the center temperature of the bottom layer concrete structure are consistent or similar, the upper layer concrete structure and the bottom layer concrete structure of a layered pouring interface are synchronously cooled. According to the method, by adopting a mode of firstly heating to reduce the temperature difference and then synchronously cooling, upper layer concrete and the bottom layer concrete are controlled to be cooled and to shrink, and the constraint stress generated by cooling shrinkage of the upper layer concrete is released, so that generation of cracks in the newly poured upper layer concrete is effectively controlled.
一种分层混凝土结构防裂缝施工方法,在底层混凝土浇筑区域设置空心水管,通过空心水管加注热水对底层混凝土进行加热,使底层混凝土加热膨胀变形,且达到指定温度后,将热水调整为与底层混凝土相同温度的恒温,再进行上层混凝土浇筑,在上层混凝土结构与底层混凝土结构中心温度一致或相近时,对分层浇筑界面上、底层混凝土结构进行同步降温。本发明中,通过采取先升温减少温差再同步降温的方式,控制上层混凝土与底层混凝土同步降温收缩,释放上层混凝土降温收缩产生的约束应力,从而有效控制上层新浇筑混凝土裂缝的产生。
