The invention discloses a fabricated building convenient to install. The fabricated building comprises lower connecting bases, cross beams, upper connecting bases, stand columns and a floor assembly.All the components are manufactured in a factory and transported to a site to be assembled and installed, site welding and cutting are not needed, only bolts and nuts need to be used for connection between the components on the construction site, thus the installation efficiency is high, and photoacoustic pollution is small. The two ends of the cross beams are inserted in cross-shaped connecting plates and fixed through a first bolt and nut assembly, an upper supporting plate, the floor assembly and a lower supporting plate are fixedly connected through a second bolt and nut assembly after thefloor assembly is installed, thus overall fixation is achieved, connection is firmer, and safety is enhanced. Due to the fact that the same components are adopted in each layer, only several fixed components need to be produced in the factory, the production efficiency is high, consumed energy and materials can be evenly distributed to the minimum due to batch production, and the requirement of green buildings for the low total amount of consumed resources in the building period is particularly met.
本发明公开一种安装方便的装配式建筑,包括下连接座、横梁、上连接座、立柱和楼板组件;各部件由工厂制造运至现场装配安装,无需现场焊接和切割,在施工现场部件与部件之间仅需要使用螺栓和螺母进行连接,安装效率高且光声污染小。横梁的两端插接在所述十字连接板上,通过第一螺栓螺母组件进行固定,安装楼板组件后,再通过第二螺栓螺母组件将所述上支撑板、楼板组件和下支撑板相固定连接,实现整体的固定,使连接更加牢靠,安全性增强。由于每一层采用同样的部件,工厂仅仅需要生产几款固定的部件,生产效率高,所消耗的能源、材料能够由于批量生产而均摊至最低,特别满足绿色建筑对建筑周期内消耗资源总量低的要求。
