Grouting bonding method of external wall internal thermal insulation EPS composite gypsum plaster board
The invention discloses a grouting bonding method of an external wall internal thermal insulation EPS composite gypsum plaster board, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The grouting bonding method comprises the following steps that bonding gypsum cakes on are uniformly spot bonded on the EPS composite gypsum plaster board firstly to ensure that the effective bonding area of the EPS composite gypsum plaster board is 18-22%, after the EPS composite gypsum plaster board is bonded on a base layer wall surface, hole grouting is conducted on the EPS composite gypsum plaster board, andthe total area of grouting holes is not smaller than 12% of the total area of the EPS composite gypsum plaster board; and then the plate surface is cleared, and the grouting holes are blocked throughcaulking paste and gridding cloth. The effective bonding area is supplemented through grouting of the grouting holes, thus the final bonding area of the EPS composite gypsum plaster board reaches 30%or above, and therefore the problems that due to the fact that the weight of the EPS composite gypsum plaster board and the weight of bonding paste are too large, the construction difficulty of workers is large, and consequently, it cannot be guaranteed that the bonding area reaches 30% are solved.
