The floor assembly comprises a floor body and a damping device. The damping device comprises a base, a sliding seat vertically and slidably arranged on the base and a first damping elastic body arranged between the base and the sliding seat. The first damping elastic body is an arched elastic steel plate. A bearing floor, a sound insulation pad arranged below the bearing floor and a second damping elastic body arranged on the periphery of the sound insulation pad are installed on the floor body. The second damping elastic body is arranged between the bearing floor and the floor body. The steel structure office building has the characteristic of reducing floor vibration.
