According to the building exterior wall internal thermal insulation system structure, through cooperative use of a first fixing part and the damp-proof layer, the fire insulation effect is achieved, when a fire occurs, due to the fact that a first fixing block and a first fixing rod are both made of thermal shrinkage materials, flames enable the first fixingrod and the fixing block to shrink, so that holes used for fixing the first fixing part in the second thermal insulation layer originally do not make contact with the first fixing rod and the fixingblock, the second thermal insulation layer can fall off conveniently, it is avoided that the on-fire second thermal insulation layer transmits fire to other wall faces, meanwhile, the damp-proof layermade of stainless steel can effectively isolate indoor flame from being transmitted to the second thermal insulation layer, the fire is reduced, and convenience is provided for fire rescue.
