The invention comprises a prefabricated module building parapet wall structure. The prefabricated module building parapet wall structure comprises a parapet wall, a cast-in-place roof layer and a top-layer prefabricated module, wherein the prefabricated module comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a top plate and a second side plate which are connected in sequence, the cast-in-place roof layer covers the prefabricated module, an embedded sleeve is arranged in the top plate, a steel plate on the top plate is fixed to the embedded sleeve through a fastener, the lower ends of longitudinalsteel bars of cast-in-place stand columns of the parapet wall are welded and fixed to the steel plate, and a parapet wall body is located between the adjacent cast-in-place stand columns and locatedon the cast-in-place roof layer, and the steel plate is covered with the cast-in-place roof layer. According to the prefabricated module building parapet wall structure and the construction method thereof, the longitudinal steel bars of the parapet wall are connected to the steel plate fixed to the prefabricated module, then therefore reliable connection of the parapet wall and the prefabricated module is achieved, and the cast-in-place roof layer is arranged on the prefabricated module, so that the waterproof problem of the roof layer of the prefabricated module is solved, and a ring beam isarranged at the top of the parapet wall, so that the integrity and the reliability of the parapet wall are further improved.
