The invention provides a mounting assembly of an assembly type wooden skirting line. The mounting assembly comprises the wooden skirting line, a keel, a supporting piece and a fixed cover, wherein thekeel is fixedly connected with a base layer wall body; the top and the bottom of the supporting piece are connected with the keel and the ground respectively, and a mounting groove is formed in the supporting piece; and the fixed cover is fixed to the wooden skirting line and is clamped with the mounting groove. Compared with the prior art, the mounting assembly has the following advantages thatgluing is not needed, mounting is convenient and rapid, the overall connecting strength is high, the construction efficiency is high, dismounting is convenient, and later maintenance is convenient.
