Novel wall-attached support for climbing frame
The invention provides a novel wall-attached support for a climbing frame. The novel wall-attached support comprises a wall-attached connecting seat, a guide seat, an anti-falling mechanism and an unloading supporting device. The wall-attached connecting seat comprises a back plate, side plates, a circular upper cover plate, two arc-shaped partition plates, two lower cover plates, a rear sealing plate and two lug plates, and anti-falling check blocks are correspondingly arranged on the inner sides of the upper ends of the two arc-shaped partition plates. The guide seat comprises a guide seat shell and a guide wheel, and the guide seat shell is of a box-shaped structure and is formed by one-time extrusion of an aluminum alloy profile; and the anti-falling mechanism comprises an anti-fallingsliding block, an anti-falling triggering block, an anti-falling rotating block and a compression spring. According to the novel wall-attached support, a steel-aluminum combined structure is adopted,the weight is reduced while the overall rigidity is guaranteed, use is more flexible, the anti-falling rotating block is additionally arranged, and a stress point of the anti-falling sliding block isarranged at the rear end of a sliding block body, so that the anti-falling mechanism is large in clamping resistance degree and flexible in shifting; and in addition, the lower part of the wall-attached connecting seat is large in operation space and of a double-bolt structure, and the connection with main engineering is firmer.
一种用于爬架的新型附墙支座。它包括附墙连接座、导向座、防坠机构、卸荷支顶器,所述附墙连接座包括背板、及侧板、及圆形上盖板、及两个弧形隔板、及两个下盖板、及后封板、及两个耳板,两个弧形隔板上端内侧分别设置有一防坠挡块;所述导向座包括导向座壳体和导向轮,所述导向座壳体为箱型结构且采用铝合金型材一次挤压成型;所述防坠机构包括防坠滑动块、防坠触发块、防坠转动块、压缩弹簧。该新型附墙支座采用钢铝结合式结构,保证整体刚性的同时重量减小,使用更灵活,增设防坠转动块且防坠滑动块受力点设置于滑块主体后端,使得防坠机构卡阻力度大且拨动灵活,另外附墙连接座下部操作空间大且设置为双螺栓结构,与主体工程连接更牢固。
